Sabatini di Firenze Tokyo, the only long-established fine Italian restaurant in Ginza

Have you ever tried authentic Italian cuisine in Japan? If not, we recommend “Sabatini di Firenze Tokyo”, in the same building of “HULIC SQUARE TOKYO” where THE GATE HOTEL Tokyo is.

About Sabatini

Sabatini’s main restaurant is located in Florence, Italy. The main restaurant in Florence was established in 1914 and has been listed in Italy edition of the MICHELIN Guide since its first year. It has been visited by many cerebritis, and has been loved by Paul Newman, Alain Delon, President Nixon, Madonna, Sting, and many others as a restaurant for entertaining guests. Sabatini di Firenze Tokyo opened in Ginza in 1980. From that time to the present, the restaurant has served only traditional florentine cuisine.

Chef Virgilio Baldi

Chef Virgilio Baldi, who has been in the kitchen since the establishment of Sabatini di Firenze Tokyo, honed his skills at a Michelin-starred restaurant. He still returns to Italy once a year to touch to the current Italian cuisine, bringing back new inspiration for further evolution.

Recommended Dinner Course “Toscana”

Chef Baldi Virgilio recommends the “Toscana” dinner course, which includes an assortment of appetizers and handmade pasta using seasonal ingredients, allowing you to experience the essence of Sabatini.

Atmosphere of the restaurant

The restaurant has a classical atmosphere, which is rare among Italian restaurants in Ginza.
There are a main dining hall and two completely private rooms that can be used for business dinner, celebrations, and anniversaries.
